United States Attorney for the District of Maryland

The U.S. attorney for the District of Maryland is the chief federal law enforcement officer for the State of Maryland. Since February 2025, the acting United States attorney for the District of Maryland is Phil Selden.[1]

The United States District Court for the District of Maryland has jurisdiction over all cases prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney.
